This 1997 home's plywood siding required high maintenance and the landscaping needed a new look. Unique Siding used Crane insulated vinyl board and batten siding in "Regatta Blue" color, replaced black trims with "Cozy Cottage" cream, and installed Sunrise vinyl windows to replace wood units.

New Vistas Landscaping coordinated accent colors with the new flagstone that expanded the narrow entry walk and bordered the new dwarf shrubs and perennial flowers that replaced the old evergreens.
