This custom upscale remodeling of an existing brick home is located in a beautiful St. Joe River neighborhood. We have completely redesigned and renovated the first floor. Designer input provided by Stan ANderson of Designs Unlimited, Elkhart; custom cabinetry from Ayr Cabinets in Nappanee; tile from Halsey Tile, Elkhart. The features of this involved renovation are a new exterior entrance door system, Old World theme with wood ceilings, columns, Alderwood doors, wood and tile floors. THis total renovation also includes the kitchen, master bath and powder room areas.
