Welcome to the NEIGHBORHOOD SHOWCASE, held October 6 & 7, 13 & 14 from 1:00-4:00 p.m.

This is the 17th annual event of the Builders Association of Elkhart County. Members advertise their neighborhoods and never-before-occupied homes, promoting Elkhart County as a great place to live! There is no cost to attend this event.

This year's showcase includes the cities of Elkhart, Goshen, Granger, New Paris, and Milford. There are 32 homes to see, 14 neighborhoods to visit, and multiple lots for sale in each of those neighborhoods! Our website, www.baec.com will have this information up for the next 12 months, available to revisit when the mood strikes you.
