Welcome to the 40th Anniversary of the Parade of Homes presented to you by the Builders Association of Elkhart County. This year's Parade features 29 new homes to stroll through and enjoy. The Builders Association of Elkhart County builders have worked hard to bring you a variety of home styles, design trends and creative innovations. So, whether you are in the market for a new home, or looking for ideas to spice up your existing home, you won't want to miss this year's Parade of Homes.

It takes a large amount of time and effort to ensure you will take away a wonderful experience and look forward to returning next year. Maybe purchasing or building a dream home of your own is in your future. This is the event to begin the process of selecting a home site, a builder, and all the products and services which go into a home. Please use association members for all your construction needs.
